代召實驗小學開展“爭做人師 為黨育人 為國育才”師德師風專題會議

　　高尚的師德師風是中華民族的優良傳統，是新時代教師教育的首要任務，為進一步規范教師職業行為、明確師德底線，弘揚教師立德樹人、愛崗敬業、為人師表的高尚師德，充分展現教師隊伍崇高的師德風貌。代召實驗小學于2023年3月6日召開了“爭做人師 為黨育人 為國育才”的師德師風培訓活動。

　　

　　會上，副校長劉彥彬解讀了《邯山區代召實驗小學“爭做人師  為黨育人  為國育才”主題教育活動實施方案》，要求全體教師落實立德樹人的根本任務，堅決不觸碰“紅線”。老師們紛紛簽訂師德承諾書，助師德防范，嚴格遵守《新時代教師職業道德十項準則》和《邯山區教師行為規范100條》的要求，端正教風，為人師表。廉潔從教，遵守學校各項規章制度。如有違反，愿意接受上級有關處理辦法的處理。

　　

　　通過此次培訓，全體教師對師德師風建設的重要性，有了更加深刻的認識。大家一定會嚴格按照關于師德師風建設工作意見的要求來規范自身言行，加強學習，不斷提高職業意識和職業素養，做一名家長滿意，學生喜愛，溫暖而又有擔當的好老師!
